Announcer: Now President Obama explains his uh belated visit to the Louisiana flood victims.
Fake Obama: [drinking a mojito ] I'll have another mojito, please. Oh, ah, my fellow Americans ... since you insist...now that I have ended my historic ten round golf extravaganza I will visit the flood ravaged areas of Louisiana tomorrow. But I don't know why you're so concerned in the first place. My library and selfie shrine will be built in Chicago which I learned is in no danger of flooding, since the flood waters will flow to the Gulf of Mexico. In the whole scheme of things, this was no big deal. I got less than six months to go, and no reelection, so why couldn't I just kick back in Martha's Vineyard and let the media spin any disaster as Trump's fault until Hillary gets in? But no...I gotta go hand out blankets, look at FEMA trailers, and smile in a state Hillary won't win anyhow. Thanks for nothing, America.
ABC ruined a perfectly fine homage to "A Charlie Brown Christmas" with this pagan drivel from the Obamas:
POTUS: Hi, everybody. We'll be brief, because we know that adults all sound like 'Wah-wah-wah-wah-wah' Especially here in Washington.
FLOTUS: Good grief!
POTUS: But, we want to wish a Happy 50th Anniversary to one of our country's most beloved traditions - 'A Charlie Brown Christmas'.
FLOTUS: For half a century, people of all ages have gathered around the TV to watch Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus, and the rest of the gang teach us the true meaning of Christmas.
POTUS: They teach us that tiny trees just need a little love. And that on this holiday we celebrate peace on earth and goodwill toward all.
FLOTUS: Because as Linus knows, that's what Christmas is all about.
POTUS: So, Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown. Here's to 50 more years.
Good Grief! Obama thinks Christmas is about loving tiny trees | Fox News | https://t.co/HUtW4tHGd1 OBAMA IS "NOT WHO WE ARE!"
Neither POTUS nor FLOTUS mentions that Christmas is a celebration of Jesus' birthday, not some druid celebration over little trees.
Snoopy creator, Charles Schultz, points out how important it was to him to include the Biblical reason for Christmas in his special
POTUS and FLOTUS evoking Linus, who quotes the Bible: Luke2: 8 during the special, just seems to add insult to injury:
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field , keeping watch over their flock by night. 9 And, lo , the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid . 10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold , I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. 12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes , lying in a manger. 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying , 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
This saccharine pablum translation of Luke 2:14 "peace on earth, good will toward men" has been incorporated into Longfellow lyrics of "I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day":
However, as persnickety people have noticed, Luke 2:14 is a faulty English translation from the Latin, from woodyoubelieveit Tuesday, November 17, 2015 post "PEACE ON EARTH TOWARD MEN OF GOOD WILL"
My cousin, Julie Greenman has been studying Latin. She made the comment, In the KJV of the Bible it says, "Glory the God in the highest, and peace on earth, goodwill toward men". However, the literal translation should be, "Glory to God in the highest, and peace on earth toward men of goodwill.
No, God is NOT like a doting, half-senile grandpa, who is sitting there on the porch smiling at everyone who passes by, including the neighborhood thugs who have been harassing the little kiddos. Those who merit goodness are meted goodness. All else will suffer with the wicked and be cast out into a place of indescribable hell until they find it in themselves to bend that knee and confess Jesus as their Savior (whether they take advantage of it, or not).
So, there you have it. No smooth words and no false doctrine here.
Ironically the lyricists who put together the counterpoint to Bing Crosby's duet with David Bowie at the last minute at least got the translation correct:
In case you missed the original Swiss Schützenfest which was June 15 - July 12, 2015 2015 FEDERAL SHOOTING FESTIVAL IN VALAIS because Europeans have weird ways of writing their dates: 15.06.2015 - 12.07.2015, you can still make the Cincinnati, Ohio analogue this weekend, 17-19 July 2015, from Cincinnati Schützenfest facebook and website:
The German pronunciation sounds like a bad word in English, minor detail, which radio talk show hosts goof on:
Apparently, Cincinnati celebrates Schützenfest to commemorate the actions of a marksman who saved village children from the attack of wild animals:
The festival is hosted by the Kolping Society. In case you are like myself and have no idea who or what a Kolping is/was, he is the patron saint of families:
Saint of Day- Blessed Adolph Kolping(1813-1865)-Supporter and Minister of workers and sanctification of family. Founded Kolping Society.
Festivities run all weekend and culminate on Sunday with the grand marksmanship competition:
Such firearm competition go back at least to 1427 from Lee, Kay, Marshall Lee, Kate Greenaway, and Eugène Grasset. The Illuminated Book of Days. New York: Putnam, 1979. Print. asserts that the first gun shooting competition was in Germany with an award of fifteen pairs of trousers.
Swiss marksmen shoot at targets over 300 m away during an
annual shooting-skills exercise near Bern
points out the Swiss version of the NRA is named in honor of William Tell:
"'We will never change our attitude about the responsible use of weapons by law-abiding citizens,' says Hermann Suter, vice president of Pro-Tell, the country’s gun lobby, named after legendary apple shooter William Tell, who used a crossbow to target enemies long before firearms were invented."
William Tell is the guy for whom Rossini composed the famous cartoon accompaniment, from "The President's Own" U.S. Marine Band:
From edgelee84 upload: Mickey Mouse and Friends - The Band Concert (1935): "The orchestra is performing the William Tell overture, but then Donald Duck (in his third appearance in a Mickey cartoon) appears selling ice-cream. Uninvited, Donald takes out his flute and distracts the band into playing Turkey in the Straw."
Ms. Helena Bachmann, presumably no relation to patriotic former Minnesota Representative Michele Bachmann, seems to passive aggressively slam the USA by stating citizens of Switzerland are patriotic:
"Unlike some other heavily armed nations, Switzerland’s gun ownership is deeply rooted in a sense of patriotic duty and national identity. "
After pointing out that Switzerland only trails the US, Yemen, and Serbia in guns per capita:
"Switzerland trails behind only the U.S, Yemen and Serbia in the number of guns per capita; between 2.3 million and 4.5 million military and private firearms are estimated to be in circulation in a country of only 8 million people. Yet, despite the prevalence of guns, the violent-crime rate is low: government figures show about 0.5 gun homicides per 100,000 inhabitants in 2010. By comparison, the U.S rate in the same year was about 5 firearm killings per 100,000 people, according to a 2011 U.N. report."
Ms. Helena seems to imply that patriotic European Swiss can be trusted to own guns vs their evil redneck American counterparts. Of course, I could be inferring more than she was implying, but I suspect she's an evil big government progressive leftist statist who doesn't respect individual civil liberties.
Of course, the BBC echoes leftist American sentiments, from Emma Jane Kirby 11 February 2013 BBC article Switzerland guns: Living with firearms the Swiss way point out how USA has twice per capita number of firearms as second leading country:
Mixing metaphors, citing the Swiss example might be a double edged sword for US advocates of gun rights because gun ownership is only only tolerated under the aegis of citizens supporting a state militia versus protecting each citizen's individual liberty:
"All healthy Swiss men aged between 18 and 34 are obliged to do military service and all are issued with assault rifles or pistols which they are supposed to keep at home.
Twenty years ago the Swiss militia was a sizeable force of around 600,000 soldiers. Today it is only a third of that size but until recently most former soldiers used to keep their guns after they had completed their military duties, leading to lots of weapons being stored in the attics or cupboards of private Swiss households."
"The decade-long political feud between the British government and the American colonists, determined to retain their rights as British subjects, came to a devastating climax as British regulars clashed with colonial militia and minute men on April 19, 1775 at Lexington, Concord's North Bridge and on the long, bloody road back to Boston. The fighting that began that day soon grew into a war for independence that lasted more than eight years."
So, if Americans only did what our national government told us to do, we'd all be speaking English instead of American today. Hugh Laurie: the British slang vs the American on Ellen
The most amusing youtube comment that may or may not be real was a person pointing out Ellen sounds like Dory in Finding Nemo:
Of course, as the NRA reminds us, Obama hates the 2nd Amendment and pretty much the rest of the US Constitution, and all uppity citizens who wish to protect their God given rights enshrined therein:
A member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has written a letter to the Congressional Black Caucus concerning amnesty:
Commissioner Peter Kirsanow, in his individual capacity as a member of the eight-member commission, wrote to Rep. Marcia Fudge (R-OH), the chair of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), and said that amnesty would "disproportionately harm lower-skilled African-Americans" whose economic conditions have already gotten worse under America's first black president.
He asked members of the CBC to "oppose any legislation that would grant any form of work authorization to illegal aliens" and "oppose legislation that would increase the overall number of guest workers admitted to the U.S. each year."
A transcript of the above video of Obama in his own words:
“[T]here’s no denying that many blacks share the same anxieties as many whites about the wave of illegal immigration flooding our Southern border. The number of immigrants added to the labor force every year is of a magnitude not seen in this country for over a century, If this huge influx of mostly low-skill workers provides some benefits to the economy as a whole—it also threatens to depress further the wages of blue-collar Americans and put strains on an already overburdened safety net.”
So, it seems, that Obama admits his open borders, amnesty policy will increase black unemployment and depress their wages, one of the primary factors instigating the Baltimore riots, according to Hillary Clinton.
"William Peter Blatty, wrote the Vatican voicing his concerns that the Georgetown campus has become too liberal, calling both students and faculty out for not being aligned enough to the Catholic faith.
Now, the Vatican has responded by saying his complaints are well-founded."
Why go to a Catholic Jesuit university if you want to be an atheist?
“One of the things I like about Georgetown is religion is what you want it to be,” said senior Alex Kyrillos. “So if you’re someone who wants that to be a huge part of your life, the resources are there for you. But if it's not something you want to be a huge part of your college experience, you also have the option.”
"The effort was brought by Blatty and a group connected with the Cardinal Newman Society. The campaign represents the frustration of some conservative Catholics who want to see Catholic institutions more orthodox and uniform. They rally around Ex Corde Ecclesiae, a 1990 document by Pope John Paul II that gives instructions to colleges and universities about how to keep their Catholic identities."
Describing the "wisdom" of the character, Owl, also seems to illustrate the Democrat theory on rationalizing the dumb things their members say:
"You can't help respecting anybody who can spell TUESDAY, even if he doesn't spell it right."
According to Democrats, Obama is just tired when he says stupid things:
as when Obama can't remember how many states are in the union (50 vs 57)
Conversely, Obama's "gaffe" may have been an oblique signal to his Islamist comrades in the 57 member Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) from JERRY TODD — JUNE 9, 2012 "Western Journalism" article:
"Was his '57 States' remark a signal that all was well in the world of Sharia where its 58th member isn’t too far from joining its brethren? He also stated there is not one thing the MB infects societies with that does not comply with Sharia, including its American incursions. Military and government officials at all levels take a solemn oath to 'protect and defend the US Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.' Sharia and the Constitution cannot co-exist. Period! Are Obama officials in the Military, Homeland Security, HEW, and attendant czars simply useful idiots or co-conspirators? Treason by default?"
Obama, when running for re-election, whined that he was allegedly bullied b/c of his big ears, from March 10, 2011 CBS News report "Obama: I was bullied for my big ears" with this rather prescient quote:
"'As adults, we all remember what it was like to see kids picked on in the hallways or in the schoolyard,' he said."
This quote implies Obama was always a bystander and never bravely intervened to defend victims of bullying, which explains how he runs US foreign policy today. Most lefty cartoonists dutifully laid off our thin skinned POTUS and eschewed graphically teasing him in any way. However, as of late, artists are lampooning his big donkey ears:
#presobama has lost the respect of the media cartoonist.Have you notice cartoons about Pres Obama show him with very big ears.No fear now!
— Mr. Gail H. Murrell (@Barksdales) October 1, 2014
This is good, b/c as Newsweek Evan Thomas points out in Ken Burns recent documentary about the Roosevelts, it's bad for US presidents to have a cult of personality built up around them, at least if they're Republican:
"THOMAS: He comes back from war and he senses that he is what America wants to be. Out of Roosevelt's self-importance, but also fed by a real adulation, there emerges a kind of cult of Roosevelt. People simply worshiped this guy in a cowboy hat, this easterner who had become a westerner"
I suppose the TR cult of personality to which Evan Thomas referred was illustrated by the Simpsons episode "Bart Stops to Smell the Roosevelts":
Thomas elaborated on Obama as God, patronizingly explaining: "He's going to bring all different sides together...Obama is trying to sort of tamper everything down. He doesn't even use the word terror. He uses extremism. He's all about let us reason together...He's the teacher. He is going to say, ‘now, children, stop fighting and quarreling with each other.’ And he has a kind of a moral authority that he – he can – he can do that." In response, Matthews wondered: "If there's a world election between him and Osama Bin Laden, he's running a good campaign." Thomas agreed: "Yes, he is."
points out that Easy Company members enjoyed guns and the Bible
Such people Obama famously derided as bitterly clinging to their guns and religion:
In another documentary, "Dick Winters: Hang Tough" is narrated by actor Damian Lewis who portrayed Richard Winters in the film. @4 : 00 Lewis describes Winters as a real leader who "didn't lead from behind, he lead from the front.":
and a shorter clip in case above link breaks:
This is in contrast to Obama and his Merry Band of Marxists who insists that Obama likes to lead from behind, from April 28, 2011 Charles Krauthammer "Washington Post" article: "The Obama doctrine:Leading from behind"
"Who truly reviles America the hegemon? The world that Obama lived in and shaped him intellectually: the elite universities; his Hyde Park milieu (including his not-to-be-mentioned friends, William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn); the church he attended for two decades, ringing with sermons more virulently anti-American than anything heard in today’s full-throated uprising of the Arab Street.
It is the liberal elites who revile the American colossus and devoutly wish to see it cut down to size. Leading from behind — diminishing America’s global standing and assertiveness — is a reaction to their view of America, not the world’s."
Hagel says it's false to compare current US troop levels to WWII levels b/c we have technological force multipliers, ignoring the other minor detail that our enemies have also invested in technological force multipliers:
Presumably, Hagel got his advice from Motley Fool 1/25/2014 article "Should the U.S. Army Lay Off 100,000 Soldiers?", written by Rich Smith, who never served in the US military and spent his career as an international lawyer in Russia:
"only about 16% of soldiers in the military actually "fight" our wars. The rest of the 1.4 million servicemen and -women serve primarily in supporting roles -- transporting supplies, maintaining vehicles, evaluating intelligence"
Good luck fighting wars w/o logistics and/or intel. Smith goes on to say that all our wars will be fought by robots. Idiot.
It's basic arithmetic. If the US and its opponents have technological parity, but our opponents have numerical superiority, then our opponents win. Communist Chinese were able to overrun US positions in Korean War thru shear numbers vs technological superiority.
I love the Chinese condescension in this clip that the US fought w/Chinese vs Japan during WWII. China was the France of Asia who surrendered quickly and collaborated complicitly with the fascists during the war but engage in revisionist history afterwards to pretend they won on their own. What is still perplexing to me, is why China didn't bother to fight the Japanese during WWII when Japan actually occupied China. However, a few years later, China motivates itself to fight vs US in Korea w/only their imagined threat that US MIGHT invade China.
Snarky liberal tweeted they don't want the government to help Republicans:
@EllenMignone Hmm? Maybe when the next tornado rolls through their states we should all just say "meh," handle it yourselves. #GOPHypocrisy.
— Robin Robinson (@Writer1113) May 8, 2014
Which is in keeping with the partisan ideology of her party leader, Obama, who wants the government to reward friends and punish enemies:
Because conservatives realize that "liberals" abuse government power, they rely on private charity, like Rev Franklin Graham "Samaritan's Purse" that actually helps people, unlike DC bureaucrats:
In a relatively bland article about relatively bland artwork Carol Vogel's April 10, 2014 "New York Times" article "An Auctioneer Comes Back to the Business" gratuitously insults Ronald Reagan:
"Stefan Edlis, a celebrated Chicago collector and retired plastics executive, is also parting with a valuable Koons sculpture next month. On May 13, Christie’s is selling “Jim Beam J. B. Turner Train,” a 1986 stainless-steel train nine and a half feet long filled with bourbon. Mr. Koons saw a plastic and porcelain version of the train in the window of a liquor store and cast it in steel. The train was part of “Luxury and Degradation,” an exhibition at International With Monument Gallery in SoHo that examined shallowness, excess and the dangers of luxury in the high-flying 1980s."
So, the 1980s, with a Republican President Ronald Reagan, exhibited "shallowness, excess and the dangers of luxury." Presumably, one is supposed to infer conversely that the 1990s under Democrat Bill Clinton exhibited deepness, restraint, and either safety of luxury or dangers of paucity.
Hence, the convenient moral bookkeeping, GHWBush lost his job b/c he oversaw an economic recession. Bill Clinton was good b/c he was in office during a good economy, or at least the stock market did well under his tenure. However, Ronald Reagan is evil b/c he turned the US economy around from the malaise of Jimmy Carter. If you fail, and you're a Republican, like Bush, you're a failure. However, if you succeed, like Reagan, it doesn't count b/c winning is only good if Democrats can coopt credit. Lastly, if you fail and you're a Democrat, like Obama, you scapegoat Republicans for breathing oxygen on planet earth and seek to remedy the situation by regulating the carbon dioxide they exhale.
John Belushi plays the character Ron Decline, The most feared promoter in the world, who admits he doesn't know what happened to all the money he was supposed to manage because he was never good at math:
Again, Belushi was a comedian playing a character in a comedy. Conversely, Lois Lerner is supposed to be a serious person in upper management of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) managing Americans' tax money. Amazingly enough, Lois Lerner also asserts she's not very good at math, either, from 05/11/2013 HuffPo article "Lois Lerner, Senior IRS Official, Admits Not Being 'Good At Math'":
But in Lerner's defense, she's not the only person who plagiarized lines from Idle's mockumentary. There's a running gag throughout the film that the only reason the Rutles became famous is because they have nice trousers.
Conversely, David Brook, supposedly a serious columnist for the New York Times, swooned, I kid you not, over Barack Obama's creased pants, as quoted in P.J. Gladnick's September 1, 2009 Newsbuster's article: "David Brooks' Broken 'Bromance' With Obama...for Now"
“I remember distinctly an image of--we were sitting on his couches, and I was looking at his pant leg and his perfectly creased pant,” Brooks says, “and I’m thinking, a) he’s going to be president and b) he’ll be a very good president.”
Here's deluded David Brooks slobbering over the memory of Obama exchanging emails with him, but not mentioning his obsession with Obama's pant leg.
And finally, Obama plagiarized Michael Palin's character, Eric Manchester, Rutle Corp. Press Agent / Lawyer, who absurdly states that there's only "petty pilfering" in his organization whilst people are robbing his building in the background:
Similarly, Obama equally disingenuously asserts @ 2:30 that there is not a "smidgen" of corruption at the IRS:
There's a liberal meme started by Daily Kos and regurgitated by Huffington Post going around asserting that Bush suffered 13 Benghazis during his term:
As I posted over on This Ain't Hell, conservatives and vets are angry not just because of the crime of leaving US personnel unprotected overseas to be murdered on September 11, 2012 but also about the lies and the cover up:
I’m annoyed w/ nytimes scapegoating youtube video guy b/c 1) It’s a total lie and I hate being lied to 2) It rationalizes Al Qaeda’s murder of a US ambassador, ie Americans deserve to be killed if we allow uppitty dhimmis to post blasphemous videos 3) It rationalizes Obama’s UN speech where he promotes anti-free speech anti-blasphemy laws
4) It excuses Clinton et al for not having foresight to protect US embassies on SEPT 11 duh! a date that’s not a coincidence for murdering terrorists
Heavily-armed gunmen have attacked the US Government's information centre near the American consulate in Calcutta, killing five policemen.
It's tragic any of our allies were killed, but Bush admin did it's job protecting their people. Additionally, Bush didn't attack US 1st Amendment and free speech and some schmo who posted a youtube video to rationalist crazy jihadi murder spree.
2. June 14, 2002 Karachi 12 killed
Again, no US citizen was murdered and Bush didn't engage in victim blaming.
With this attack Bush blamed terrorists, not a Coptic Christian US citizen exercising his free speech rights:
"We fight an enemy that are radical killers. That's what they are," President
Bush said during a visit to his home state of Texas. "They claim they're
religious people and they blow up Muslims. They have no regard for individual
life."
5.May 12, 2003. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia36 killed (9 Americans)
The purported reason for this attack was to ensure the US followed through demobilizing its troops it had stationed in Saudi Arabia after the first Iraq War, which, presumably, would make lefties happy:
The blasts came as the United States is pulling out most of the 5,000 troops it had based in Saudi Arabia, whose presence fueled anti-American sentiment. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said last week that most would be gone by the end of the summer.
The explosions, which occurred outside the buildings of both embassies in the Uzbek capital Tashkent, appeared to have been set off by suicide bombers, Reuters reported. Two Uzbeks were killed in the attacks
no Americans had been killed and a "handful of other employees" had been taken to hospital. Security sources told Reuters the dead were Arabs and Asians.
but local staff were killed
Islamist militants today attacked the US consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with explosives and machine guns, killing four security guards and five staff
and no attack by the US President on the US Bill of Rights
A U.S. diplomat and his driver were among at least four people killed in an
apparent suicide attack outside the U.S. Consulate in Karachi, Pakistan,
officials said.
Again, Bush correctly blamed terrorists, not US citizens, for the attack:
Bush said the bombings would not deter plans for his visit.
"Terrorists and killers are not going to prevent me from going to Pakistan,"
he said, adding the bombing shows the war on terrorism must continue
Three Islamic militants suspected to have Al Qaeda ties were killed Tuesday after a failed attempt to attack the U.S. Embassy with automatic rifles, hand grenades and a van rigged with explosives. A Syrian security officer was also killed, but no Americans were hurt.
and this just sounds like karma against a gloating Communist Chinese official:
A Chinese diplomat also was hit in the face by shrapnel and slightly injured while standing on top of a garage at the Chinese Embassy China's Foreign Ministry said. The diplomat, political counselor Li Hongyu, was in stable condition at a hospital, the ministry said.
The American Embassy in Yemen was the target of a mortar attack Tuesday, the U.S. State Department said, contradicting a suggestion from the Yemeni government the attack targeted a school where 13 were injured.
"The target was someone inside the school," al-Hajjri said. "It had nothing to do with the U.S. Embassy. The U.S. Embassy was not a target."
12. July 9, 2008 Istanbul, Turkey 6 killed
This stat is the MOST egregious from the left wingnuts. The New York Times headline is:
However, if you read the article, first, they Bowdlerize "terrorist" as "unidentified gunmen" and then conflate the number in their title "6 die in attack" of both the terrorists (3) and their victims (3) which seems to be standard leftwing moral equivalency:
group of unidentified gunmen opened fire Wednesday on Turkish security guards outside the U.S. Consulate in Istanbul, the Turkish authorities said, and at least three police officers and three assailants were killed.
The one American killed, oddly enough, is related to an Al Qaeda terrorist, who was in Yemen for an arranged marriage:
Susan El-Baneh is related to Yemeni-American Jaber El-Baneh, who is on the FBI's most-wanted list, accused of being the seventh member of the Lackawanna Six. The six were convicted or providing material support to al Qaeda.
Fisking the rest of the HuffPo article:
Not only have numerous sources previously debunked the Benghazi information being peddled by the Republicans and Fox News (for example, contrary to what the Republicans are saying, yes, reinforcements did in fact arrive before the attack on the CIA compound
This is the HEIGHT of chutzpah! Libs want to credit Tyrone Woods sacrifice against orders as an example of THEIR pencil pushing rear echelon desk jockey competence:
After being told twice to refrain from involvement, Woods, Doherty and two others ignored orders and made their way to the main compound, where violence was raging. At this point, the building was on fire and shots were exchanged, however they took action.
HuffPo then attack Bush
Why didn't the Bush administration do something to secure the compounds after the first attacks? Why didn't he provide additional security?
The budget, sent to Congress on Feb. 4, does have some construction increases,
such as for Dept. of Defense work and State Dept. embassies.
which Obama reallocated to his stimulus program which didn't stimulate anything except DNC coffers via SEIU money laundering scheme
More HuffPoing:
Nearly every accusation being issued about Benghazi could've been raised about the Bush-era attacks
Nope, again, Bush did NOT get in front of the UN and blame some stupid video for the attacks. Bush at least had the common decency to blame frigging terrorists for terrorist attacks versus blaming America and its Bill of Rights for provoking stupid terrorists. Putting this in terms liberals might understand, it is like the Jodie Foster film The Accused where the rape victim is blamed for enticing her attackers because she was dressed provocatively.
The investigations and accusations and conspiracy theories are entirely motivated by politics and a strategy to escalate this to an impeachment trial.
I can't imagine the feckless RINOs in Congress having the cojones to start an impeachment trial. I can only imagine this is a DNC fundraising talking point.
In doing so, the Republicans have the opportunity not only to crush the president's second term, but also to sabotage the potential for a Hillary Clinton presidency.
I think Hillary Clinton's horridness should sabotage her potential to be elected president.
However, I thought the same thing about Obama, and he managed to become the 2nd and 3rd terms for Jimmy Carter:
More HuffPo:
dubiously sourced chunks of "truth" proffered by radio and cable news conspiracy theorists
Another chunk of "truth" that is well sourced is that Obama went to bed when there allegedly was real time info coming in from the Benghazi attack. Adding insult to injury, Obama coldheartedly flew to Nevada for a fundraiser the very next day.
This seems par for the course for same guy who had to be dragged off a golf course and then got bored and played cards during the Navy SEAL raid on the bin Laden compound.
Vets are primarily angry about the alleged stand down order that left comrades in the field:
Lastly from HuffPo:
telling angry conservatives precisely what they want to hear: that the probably-Muslim president is weak on terrorism
To be multi-cultural, technically, Obama was born a Muslim since Islam is both patriarchal and likes to use ethnic slurs against non-Muslims:
The children of a Muslim male are regarded as Muslim by Islām even if the mother is non-Muslim (kāfir).
which contributes to Muslim men kidnapping and raping Coptic Christian girls - and killing Coptic boys - in an effort to ethnically cleanse them from Egypt, but the left doesn't care because it doesn't fit their anti-Christian agenda. Of course, Obama famously converted to "Christianity" with the help of racist anti-Semite, Jeremiah Wright:
In 2008 America elected a president whose pastor for 20 years preached anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, advocated bizarre pseudo-scientific racial ideas, opposed interracial marriage, praised communist dictatorships, denounced black "assimilation," and taught Afrocentric feel-good nonsense to schoolchildren
"it is in keeping with the centuries-long Islamic practice of “rape jihad” that these thugs are to be lauded for their despicable behavior....this phenomenon in its present form is nearly 40 years old, and most of these conversion crimes, with a few isolated exceptions, are carried out by organized Islamization gangs or 'Islamization Mafia', a termed coined by him, which are fully funded by the state and supported by State Security."
The blog title, "noli insipientium iniurias pati" is Latin for "Don't let the turkeys get you down." Benjamin Franklin bookcases the blog header title for two reasons:
1) He allegedly suggested the US adopt the turkey as its official mascot
2) His discovery of electricity helped Al Gore invent the internet
