As Powerline points out, official biographies intimate that the US has evolved from having a dope-smoking, draft-dodging Democrat President who lies about sex to an alleged dope-smoking, draft-dodging Democrat President who allegedly lies about dope-smoking, draft-dodging, and possibly about being a Democrat. The more things change....
