Donate Blood over the summer!

I donated blood last week & I'm just starting to recover from my anemia. You can find a military blood drive through the Armed Services Blood Program website.

I put ice on my arm & still ended up with a huge bruise on my arm & I'm blaming my loss of white blood cells for the cold that I caught...but regardless, you should be good, patriotic citizens & donate blood for the troops, or even for civilians, through the Red Cross.
