Perhaps Obama is an evil genius
Perhaps Obama openly dissed the Brits as an oblique way of courting the French & an attempt to reintroduce our prodigal sister republic back into the NATO fold. It could all be high stakes kabuki theater.
Conversely, like Nancy Pelosi's cat cam, it could all just be plain kooky.

I wish I could give Obama that much credit, but lately his dumb moves look less like evil genius and more like the actions of a pot head. I think McPOTUS needs a urine drug screen.
