I'm not a journalist, so I neither independently verified the validity nor the accuracy of such allegations (of course, that doesn't stop alleged MSM from running a story as scriptural truth if it disparages the GOP). However, the source was a pro-Obama website that cited the alleged fact that the US Nazi party, and KKK supporters voted for Obama as kudos. They also feel it is cricket to make fun of Republican candidate's (former Pennsylvania Senator Santorum) children, although, I expect they'd be offended if the GOP made fun of Democrats children.
