Should France apologize to USA for being an ally during the American Revolution?

Amongst other apologies in @BarackObama 's 2009 Cairo speech, Obama apologized for the US allying with Arab countries against the Communist Atheist Soviet Union during the Cold War.

Of course, Obama describes America's alliance structure from the Soviet and/or anti-colonialist POV, aka that the Arabs were mere puppet regimes and/or client states.

As Andy Dean points out @32:12 in his America Now radio show

the Muslim Brotherhood run Egypt is currently listed by the US Department of Defense as a major non-NATO ally, MNNA, with all special privileges that accrue to that status:

Egypt is a Major Non-NATO Ally (MNNA) member. In fact, when Congress first passed the Section 2350a Title 10 law (otherwise known as the Nunn Amendment) in 1989, Egypt was the first Middle Eastern country on the list of five member-nations, added before Israel and after Australia. Granted special privileges of co-operation — particularly within the security, R&D and technology areas — benefits of the alliance included priority delivery of military surplus materials, depleted uranium anti-tank rounds, defense training, and permission for US Department of Defense tenders

Dean suggests that since the jihadi loving Muslim Brotherhood:

"Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. Qur'an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope."

has taken over Egypt, that the US should excommunicate Egypt from the MNNA club.

Further in Dean's show, he interviews Danielle Pletka, who, in Jeane Kirkpatrick fashion, attacks Obama's blame-America-first crowd from Obama's 2012 UN speech:

Yes, Mr. Obama, we are not perfect. But not every wrong in this world is rooted in an American misdeed. And the fact that you are so committed to believing in American guilt that you would lie about a terrorist attack against us is not a sign of humility, it is a mark of shame.
