Pope ( ✝️ 461 Anno Domini A.D.) Feast: 10 November
The name Leo means the Lion đŠ . And Saint Leo, the Pope ♗ , was a lion in bravery. The Vandals and Huns, two terrible races, were fighting the Christians of Europe. Besides this, evil men đż were teaching people lies about Jesus đ€ đ€„ . They were saying what was not true and getting the people confused. Leo became Pope. He had been a smart and wise young man đ đšđ . Now he had to be a brave and very wise Pope.

But the Vandals and Huns kept coming. They burned cities đ„ đ️ . They murdered people everywhere ☠️ . All alone, without weapons, Leo went out to meet them. Their leader Attila was called the Awful Scourge. But when he saw Leo he ordered his armies to cease fighting. Instead of destroying Rome đ️ , they turned and went away. The Pope had saved Europe đȘđș .
