Topic: Contest Presidential Electors 6 January 2021
Dear Senator/Representative _____:
Since the judicial branch on neither the state nor federal level has afforded an adequate forum to air let alone redress the grievances of President Trump supporters arising from the irregularities in the 2020 General Election, I'm urging Senator/Representative ______ to exercise his authority under the Electoral Count Act of 1887 to contest presidential electors from states that experienced documented election irregularities.1
Since the Nov. 3, 2020 election, the courts where challenges have been filed - including the Supreme Court – have mostly ruled on procedural grounds rather than on the merits of the complaints, leaving the questions that prompted the cases unanswered. For instance, the Supreme Court said Texas does not have standing to challenge the way another state conducts its elections, but that did not answer the question of whether the defendant states acted Constitutionally when they changed deadlines or ballot security requirements without the involvement of the state legislatures. This is an important question that requires an answer, and it affects the outcome of the election.
Conversely, US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and members of her Democrat coalition, have completely bypassed the judicial system altogether. Democrats wish to overturn certified elections, which have no documented instances of fraud, simply by exercising the power they possess thru being in the majority.2
Peter Navarro 22 December 2020 report 3 documented election irregularities in 6 key swing states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. In all of these states, the number of possible illegal ballots dwarfs the Biden alleged victory margin. Legislators from these contested states felt so strongly about the documented election irregularities that they sent dueling slates of electors to protest their executive branches’ certified Biden electors.4
On January 6th, the slates will be counted by the President of the Senate. I implore you to take up your US Constitutional duty now. I would like Senator/Representative________ to join his Republican colleagues in objecting to the finalizing of electoral votes in those states whose results have been cast into doubt because of the evidence presented by various hearings, eyewitnesses and court documents, particularly Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.
