Alleged #VoterFraud from 2012

A Fox News report from Tuesday November 6, 2012:

Megyn Kelly: We're halfway through election day 2012 and already dozens of voting controversies are bubbling up across this country.  A brand new hour here of America Live, welcome everyone, I am Megyn Kelly.  Polls close in five hours [presumably, East Coast time].  At this hour, we are hearing some reports of malfunctioning voting machines down in Florida; some [ Republican ] poll watchers being kicked out of polling places in [cheating Democrat precincts in] Pennsylvania; what is being described as a "voting catastrophe" in storm ravaged New Jersey; thousands of complaints of voter suppression [against citizens or against illegal aliens trying to illegally vote?]. Eric Shawn gives us a rundown from Cleveland, Ohio

Kelly: where Governor Romney is just wrapping up one of two 11th hour campaign events today. Eric?

Eric Shawn: Hello, Megyn, there are problems at some polls and it's not just the long lines.  We are hearing complaints and reports that some polling places opened late; some machines don't work; people are not listed on rolls where they were [supposedly] registered; ballots just laying around.  There were robo calls that the election is tomorrow. Also a number of these touch tone voting machines, there are reports that votes for Romney would apparently be switched to President Obama but now there are reports that that's happening the other way around.  We cannot confirm all of these reports but election officials are trying to hunt them down across the country, especially one in Westchester County [which state?] where supposedly a call went out offering a $2,500 gift certificate if you voted.  In Pennsylvania, that seems to be one of the more contentious stories, that's where the GOP had to go to court this morning to get election officials back into the polling places.  They claim that 75 inspectors were kicked out and told that no Republicans would be allowed.  They had to go tot he judge and that has been accomplished.  Then there was this at another polling place: Franklin School in Philadelphia, a huge mural of President Obama and his campaign logo

Shawn: That was there all morning, for hours, until there were complaints. Now take a look at it, it has been partially covered up, but not the campaign logo there on the right, as you potentially can see:

Shawn: Well, Shannon Royer, the Deputy Secretary of the Commonwealth [of Pennsylvania] told us "It is an absolute disgrace. Election materials and electioneering inside the polling place are prohibited by law.  This can be...."

Shawn: "interpreted as trying to influence voters inside the polling place."

Shawn: And then, one member of the New Black Panther Party was found.  Jerry Jackson, who is a Democrat poll watcher, standing silently in front of one poll

Shawn:  Remember the controversy from 2008? Fox News producer, Kathleen Foster, tried to get him to talk.

Foster:  What's your purpose in being here? Are you protecting the people inside or what?

[no audio ]

Kelly: Hmmm...we appear to have lost Eric Shawn's audio, at least.  I don't see him or hear him, do you? No? OK, so, not only is the New Black Panther not too chatty, apparently Eric Shawn lost his desire to have a discussion with us.  Our apologies for that.
