The government that we're supposed to trust to regulate the banks is the same government that passed CRA and forced banks, either directly, or through their subsidized ACORN thug surrogates, into the subprime mess in the first place.

ReplyDeleteI'm not certain if that's entirely true. They seem to like to fetter government whenever Republicans are in charge. Otherwise, when Democrats are in office, the bigger the better.
