If it's allegedly racist to describe Asian carp as Asian, I don't see how it's not equally racist to describe all rice as Asian. What about Louisiana Brown Rice? From CHRISTINE MUHLKE March 24, 2010 New York Times article "Rice Dreams in Louisiana"
